摘要
临床仅用四诊方法获取证候进行证型诊断,存在着较大的模糊性和主观性,影响了中医诊断的科学性,阻碍了中医药现代化和国际化的进程,因而证型诊断必须与现代科学结合,给它赋予现代最前沿的科学内涵。基于分子生物学和计算机科学的迅猛发展,将基因组学融入中医学,从基因微观分子水平研究中医诊断,是完全可以的。通过对足够数量的同一病位或病性患者的基因表达进行分析,建立辨证要素的基因表达谱数据库,再相互组合便可建立证型基因表达谱数据库,以此作为辨证的客观规范化标准。
There exist a greater vagueness and s ubjectivity in a syndrome diagnosis only performed through the four clinical physical e xaminations,which hinders the development of the modernization and in-ternationalization of TCM.In order to provide TCM with the most leading s cientific content,TCM should be combined with the modern science.Wi th the rapid development of molecula r biology and computer science,it is practical to fuse genome science into TCM and study the TCM diagnosis at genetic micro -molecular level.By analyzing gene expression s of the same part or same disease of th e patients in certain numbers,we can build up the data bank of gene expr essions of the factors of syndrome di fferentiation,then the data bank of gene expressions of syndrome s can be established as an objective s tandard of the syndrome differ-entiations.
