多发性创伤后血浆血栓调节蛋白的动态变化与意义 被引量:2

Significance of dynamic changes of plasma thrombomodulin after multiple trauma

摘要 目的 观察多发性创伤患者血浆中血栓调节蛋白 (TM )的变化及其临床意义。方法  3 5例多发性创伤患者按入院时创伤严重程度的评分值 (ISS)分组 ,A组 14例 ,ISS≥ 16分 ;B组 2 1例 ,ISS <16分。所有患者均于入院当时及第 2、3、5、7天 ,用ELISA法测定血浆TM水平。结果 A组患者血浆中TM水平为 ( 5 5 .45± 13 .14)ng/ml,明显高于B组的 ( 41.81± 16.3 1)ng/ml(P <0 .0 5 )。 17例预后不良者与 18例预后良好者相比 ,血浆TM水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To investigate the changes of thrombomodulin(TM) in the plasma of patients after multiple trauma and to explore its clinical significance. Methods ELISA was used to measure the TM levels in group A (ISS≥16, 14 cases) and group B(ISS<16, 21 cases)at day 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 after injury.Results The TM levels in group A were higher than that in group B (P< 0.05), the TM levels of 17 patients with poor outcome were higher than that of 18 cases with good outcome(P< 0.01). Conclusion The dynamic measurement of TM change in patients with multiple trauma may attribute important clinical significance in evaluating the degree of severity of the injury and the prognosis.
