摘要
硒是人体必需微量元素。流行病学调查表明 ,土壤硒含量、谷物硒含量、食物硒摄入量及人体血硒水平与多种癌症发病率 (死亡率 )呈负相关。动物实验证实 ,适量硒具有抑癌抗癌作用。
Selenium is a trace element essential to human body.As shown in the epidemiological survey,the selenium content in soil and cereals,human intake of selenium from food and selenium level in human blood are all in negative correlation with the incidence (or mortality) of many kinds of cancer.The animal experiment proves that an appropriate amount of selenium will act to inhibit and resist cancer.Morever,the research on anticancer mechanism of selenium and the intervention test of human group have both demonstrated the close relation of selenium with cancer.
