健脾理肠片抗炎作用的实验研究

THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECTS OF JIANPILICHANG TABLETS ON ULCERATIVE COLITIS

目的 :研究健脾理肠片对脾虚型慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的抗炎作用。方法 :采取临床与实验研究相结合的方法。结果 :健脾理肠片对巴豆油引起的耳肿胀和棉球肉芽肿均有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :健脾理肠片治疗脾虚型慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理之一 ,是通过抗炎作用而达到治疗作用的。

Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Jianpilichang tablests on chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Methods:Clinic was combined with experiment.Result: Pharmacological study shows that Jianpilichang Tablets can obviousely inhibit earsweiling and granuloma induced by croton oil( P <0.01).Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory effects of Jianpilichang Tablets contribute to the treatment of weakspleeny type,chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.
