幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性胃炎患儿细胞因子水平变化

CHANGES OF SERUM CYTOKINES LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC GASTRITIS OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION

目的 :测定幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染的慢性胃炎患儿血清中白介素 6 (IL - 6 )、白介素 8(IL - 8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)水平变化的意义 ,了解其发病机制。方法 :采用美国DPC公司的IMMULITE全自动化学发光分析仪检测慢性胃炎患儿和正常对照组血清中的IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α含量。结果 :慢性胃炎患儿血清中IL - 6浓度为 5 .4 8± 0 .79pg/ml,IL - 8浓度为 14 .34± 8.2 9pg/ml,TNF -α浓度为 13.4 5± 5 .80 pg/ml;对照组血清IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α分别为 5 .10± 1.10 pg/ml,6 .70± 2 .10 pg/ml和 8.0 0± 2 .10pg/ml,两组IL - 8,TNF -α含量经t检验 ,t值分别为 4 .4 9和 4 .4 6 ,P <0 .0 1差异有显著性 ,且慢性胃炎患儿血清中IL - 8与TNF -α含量呈正相关。结论 :IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α参与HP感染的慢性胃炎的发病。

Objective:To detect the level of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in patients with chronic gastritis and explore the pathogmesis. Methods:IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α were determined by DPC & IMMULITE Automated Immunoassay Analyzer.Results:The results of the determinations are as follow: patients IL-6 5.48±0.79pg/ml, IL-8 14.34±8.29pg/ml, TNF-α 13.45±5.8pg/ml; controls IL-6 5.1±1.1pg/ml, IL-8 6.7±2.1pg/ml, TNF-α 8 .0±2. 1pg/ml. IL-8, TNF-α of patients were increased significantly in contrast to the nomal controls.Conclusion:IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α were related to the pathogenesis of the chronic gastritis.
