大口径垂直液压弯管机的研制与应用

Development and application of large-bore vertical hydraulic pipe bender.

为满足西气东输管道建设工程需要 ,华北石油管理局第一油田建设公司研制出CYW— 12 19型垂直液压弯管机。这种弯管机由钢制机架、下模、上模、夹具、液压系统和内胎等组成 ,其工作原理是通过确定合理的支点和受力点并施加弯曲力矩 ,使钢管发生塑性变形 ,实现钢管的冷弯曲。弯管作业时 ,通过更换压模套件和相应的内胎 ,可对适应范围内的各种大口径钢管实施冷弯曲 ,最大弯管直径可达 12 19mm。西气东输管道工程第十五标段的工业性试验表明 。

Model CYW-1219 verticle hydraulic pipe bender, developed by No.1 Oilfield Construction Company of Huabei Petroleum Administration, is comprised of steel frame, lower mould, upper mould, clamp, hydraulic system and inner tube. By determining rational fulcrum and force bearing point, and applying bending torque to cause the plastic deformation of the steel pipe, it can realize the cool bending of the pipe. Various large-bore pipes can be treated by replacing the pressing moulds and inner tubes, and the maximum diameter of the bent pipe reaches 1219mm.
