抽油机曲柄破坏形式分析及预防措施

为了保证抽油机曲柄的安全 ,统计分析了华北油田和阿尔鄯油田在用抽油机的曲柄故障。曲柄破坏的形式主要有曲柄断裂、曲柄断齿、曲柄销孔磨损、曲柄键槽压溃和曲柄销孔裂纹。造成曲柄破坏的主要原因有日常维护保养不及时、装配不合理、铸造工艺不合理产生铸造缺陷、结构设计不合理局部强度不足等。为此 ,提出对易发生故障的关键部位实施相应有效的预防措施 ,同时还要加强工艺监督 。

To ensure the operation safety of pumping unit cranks, trouble statistics of the cranks on the servicing pumping units in Huabei Oilfield and Aershan Oilfield is made. The main failure patterns of the cranks are analyzed and the reasons of failure are expounded. Thereby relevant preventive measures are put forward.
