摘要 介绍了一种新型多元醇醚的性质及其作为润滑剂在各种泥浆特别是海水泥浆中的应用性能。该醇醚是经化学处理的天然物质的烷氧基化产物。室内性能评价表明 :加量 2 .0 %的该醇醚对淡水、盐水、海水泥浆流变性的影响很小 ,使 3种泥浆 2 5℃润滑系数分别降低 97% ,~ 71% ,~ 71% ;在一种实验海水泥浆中加量为 0 .5 %~ 3.0 %时 ,在 80~ 12 0℃热滚动前后润滑系数降低 5 3.6 %~ 96 .8% ,基本上不起泡 ,加量 2 .0 %时在 14 0℃热滚动后润滑系数降低率仍达 6 8.6 % ;加量 2 .0 %时的润滑系数降低率在 30~ 5 0℃时为 5 2 .9%~ 88.2 % ,在 10℃时 >30 % ;pH值为 7.0~ 11.0时在 12 0℃热滚动前后润滑系数降低率为 74 .3%~ 83.3% ,最大起泡率为 2 .3%。该醇醚无生物毒性。推荐使用温度≤ 12 0℃ ,pH值 <11。表 9参 7。 The properties and the behavior in various muds and particularly in sea water mud of a novel polyol ether as lubricant are presented. The polyol ether is a alkoxylated product of chemically treated natural material. The laboratory performance evaluation shows that 2.0% of polyol ether introduced affects the rheologic behavior of fresh, salt and sea water muds very slightly and reduces their lubricity coefficient (LC) at 25℃ by 97%,~70% and ~71%, respectively; introducing 0.5-3.0% of polyol ether reduces the LC value at 25℃ of an experimental sea water mud before and after rolling at 80-120℃ by 53.6-96.8% and does not cause foaming problem practically; the LC value determined at 30-50℃ is reduced by 52.9-88.2% and at 10℃-by >30% for this sea water mud with 2% of polyol ether added; the LC value at 25℃ is reduced by 74.3-83.3% and the highest foaming rate is of 2.3% for polyol ether treated sea water mud of pH value =7.0-11.0 before and after rolling at 120℃. This polyol ether is nontoxic biologically. It is recommended for use at temperatures ≤120℃ and pH value <11.0.
