摘要
新场气田气井堵塞物为有机垢 ,含微晶蜡~ 6 5 %、胶质~ 2 5 %、有机杂质~ 10 %。针对该气田井下有积液气井研制了由蜡乳化剂、胶质乳化剂、全氟表面活性剂、高分子表面活性剂及有机溶剂组成的水分散性解堵剂JD 3。讨论了对该气田气井解堵剂的要求和解堵机理 ,介绍了所研制产品的特性。室内测试表明 ,在动态下稠状堵塞物瞬时间即在JD 3中溶解、分散 ,硬块状堵塞物和矿物石蜡溶解分散稍慢 (<5 0min ,15℃和 4 0℃ ) ,生成的溶液 分散液在用等体积 7× 10 5mg L盐水稀释时不凝聚不生成沉淀 ,加等质量 7× 10 4 mg L盐水稀释的JD 3即使在 10℃下仍能缓慢溶解、分散堵塞物。JD 3不腐蚀橡胶密封和油管钢材。在 3口气井上进行了 13井次解堵都获得成功 ,单井每次注入 30~ 10 0kgJD 3,解堵作业后气井气压上升 ,产量增加 ,解堵作业有效期 10~ 4 0d。表 2。
The gas wells at Xinchang gas field are often blockaged by organic precipitates composed of microcryslalline wax, ~65%, resin, ~25%, and other organic substances, ~10%. For this gas field a blockage relieving agent (BRA), JD 3, is developed and consists of emulsificators for wax and resin, a perfluoro and a a polymeric surfactants, and organic solvent. The requirements to the BRAs for use at the field and blockage relieving mechanisms are discussed. The characteristics of commercial BRA JD 3 are presented. The laboratory experiments show that at dynamic conditions the consistent precipitates dissolve and disperse instantly and the hard solid precipitates -slower, in <50 min at 15℃ and in <40 min at 40℃; the solutions/dispersions formed do not coagulate when being thinned by equal mass of brine of TSD =7×10 4 mg/L or being cooled at 6-8℃. JD 3 does not destruct rubber nor corrode pipeline steel. The trial blockage relieving jobs with JD 3 13 well times in 3 gas wells are all successful: the gas pressure and productivity of these wells increase during 10-40 days after every job performed. The amount of JD 3 injected is of 30-100 kg per job.
