摘要
研制了由曼尼希碱和醛胺缩合物组成的酸化液缓蚀剂BH96 1,简介了合成方法但未指明两组分的化学结构。室内性能评价表明 :在 90℃、常压下加入 1%BH96 1可使N80钢片的腐蚀速率在 15 %盐酸中由 349.5降至 1.36g h·m2 (缓蚀率 99.6 % ) ,在土酸 (12 %盐酸 +3%氢氟酸 )中由 4 5 8.7降至 1.6 4g h·m2 (缓蚀率 99.6 % ) ;与 4种胜利油田常用缓蚀剂相比效果最好 ;在 30 %盐酸中腐蚀速率为 4 .86g h·m2 ;12 0℃时在 15 %盐酸和土酸中腐蚀速率达到一级标准 ;在pH为 3~ 4的土酸乏酸中腐蚀速率极低 ,基本无点蚀 ;与各种酸液添加剂相容性良好且腐蚀性能不受影响 ;含 1%BH96 1和各种酸液添加剂的 2 %KCl水溶液在室温至 90℃下对纯梁各主力油田储层岩心渗透率的伤害很小 ,为 4 .2 %~ 19.8% ,甚至低于 2 %KCl溶液的伤害。自 2 0 0 0年以来在纯梁各油田 10 0余口井酸化中使用BH96 1,酸化有效率由~ 80 %提高至 88%。表 7参
A Mannichs base+aldehyde amine condensate combination is developed as corrosion inhibitor BH961 for use in acidizing fluids. The synthesis of the two ingredients is described briefly without further knowledge of their chemical structure. The laboratory performance evaluation shows that introducing 1%BH961 decreases corrosion rate (CR) of N80 steel samples from 349.5 to 1.36 g/h·m 2 in 15 HCl acid (inhibition rate 99.6%) and from 458.7 to 1.64 g/h·m 2 in mud acid (12%HCl+3%HF) (99.6%) at 90℃ under atmospheric pressure; the CR values at 120℃ are acceptable; the CR avlues in spent mud acid of pH 3-4 are very low and pitting is paractically not observed; in HCl and mud acids BH961 is compatible with various additives and its inhibitory behavior is not affected by them; the damage of 2% KCl solutions with 1%BH961 and other additives introduced to permeability of reservoir cores of Chunliang is low, accounting 4.2-19.8% and being less in some case than that of 2% KCl solution. In acidization jobs performed in more than 100 wells at Chunliang oil fields with BH961 used since 2000, a increase in effectiveness of jobs from ~80% to 88% is observed.
