摘要
介绍了橡胶压块机的工作原理和工艺流程 ,以及用可编程控制器控制橡胶压块生产的控制系统的硬件组成和详细软件。该控制系统在投运 3年以来 ,可靠性高 ,性能良好 ,整个工艺生产能够高效、平稳进行 ,取得了较高的经济效益。
The principle and process of rubber press as well as the composition of hardware and software design of PLC control system are introduced .It has high reliability and good performance with high effective and stable operation .It has made good economic benefits since the system runs.
