摘要
用单滴法测定液膜寿命,比较油膜和水膜寿命以及粒子大小与寿命的关系;用聚结电压法测定界面膜的聚结电压,研究其膜强度.实验结果表明:油膜寿命远大于水膜寿命,液滴小寿命长,制乳时应高速搅拌才能形成稳定的乳状液;界面膜聚结电压高,则膜强度大,乳状液比较稳定.这为制造适合于实际应用的、具有一定稳定性的乳化液膜提供了参考数据.
The lifetime of liquid membrane was measured by using single drop method,the lifetime of oil membrane was compared with that of water membrane,the relation between the drop size and the lifetime was observed;The coalescence voltage of interfacial membrane was measured with coalescence voltage method.The results provided a reference for preparation of stable liquid membrane.
