Purification Method of Reagent 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Naphthol-6-Sulfonic Acid in Dry Column Chromatography

针对1 (2 吡啶偶氮) 2 萘酚 6 磺酸的硅胶干柱层析法的纯化方法,探讨固定相、淋洗液、洗脱剂对纯化产物的影响,确定了以层析硅胶为固定相,以正(异)丙醇∶氨水=2∶1为淋洗剂,以蒸馏水为洗脱剂的纯化条件,经过红外光谱表征,该方法可获得纯度大于99 73%的产品,结果符合优级纯标准.

\ In this paper,the purification method of the reagent 1(2pyridylazo)2naphthol6sulfonic acid by using silica column chromatography is reported.The effect of fixed adsorbent,developer,and solvent on depuration product has been studied,the condition has been formed that silica gel acts fixed adsorbent 1propanol(or 2propanol)to aqueous ammonia is 2 to 1 as developer,and steam water as solvent,The depuration product has been characterized by IR and high performance liquid chromatography,the purity of the product is over 99.73 %.
