粉磨细度对钢矿渣无熟料水泥性能的影响

Influence of Powder Grinding Fineness on Steel-ore-Slag No-clinker Cement Properties

考察细度、粒度分布、比表面积对钢矿渣无熟料水泥性能的影响.研究结果表明:提高粉磨细度能显著提高无熟料水泥性能的强度,细度越小,水泥强度越高,当比表面积由380m2/kg升至517m2/kg、中位径由30.2μm降为24.5μm时,其强度增加最为明显.

\ The influence of powder grinding fineness,the particle size distribution,specific surface area on steeloreslag cement properties has been studied in this thesis. The results showed that the improvement of steelslag′s powder grinding fineness can improve the strength of the noclinker cement.As the fineness diminishes,the strength of the cement increases. When the specific surface area increases from 380 m\+2/kg to 517 m\+2/kg and the incising size reduces from 30.2 μm to 24.5 μm, the increasement of the strength is the most obvious.
