压力容器钢材在硝酸铵溶液中的应力腐蚀试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用由 4种不同的压力容器钢材制成的含有预制裂纹的恒位移双悬臂梁 (DCB)试件 ,在沸腾的NH4NO3溶液中进行了应力腐蚀试验 ,得到 4种钢材的应力腐蚀门槛值KISCC。试验结果表明 ,ST4 5 .8 Ⅵ钢的KISCC值最大 ,它具有较强的抗应力腐蚀开裂能力。 4种钢材的腐蚀区均属脆性破坏 。 The stress corrosion test was made in boiled solution of NH 4NO 3 by choosing four kinds of steels used for pressure vessels as testing pieces with constant displacement and fractures. The stress corrosion intensity factor K ISCC was obtained. The corrosion features and the stress corrosion resistance of different materials were analyzed. The results show that the K ISCC of ST45. 8 Ⅵ is the biggest, and the ST45.8 Ⅵ steel possesses a good stress corrosion resistance.
