摘要 用水热法研究了La1 xPrxP5O14 (LaPrPP) (0 <x<1,原子百分含量 )晶体的生长 ,测定了La0 .2 Pr0 .8PP晶体结构为单斜晶系 ,空间群为P2 1/c。晶体的密度为 3.2 7g/cm3 ,分解温度为 915℃。分析了室温下晶体在紫外、可见区的吸收、荧光和红外光谱 ,利用Judd Ofeld理论计算了PrPP和La0 .2 Pr0 .8PP晶体中Pr3 + 的实验振子强度 ,得到一些规律性结果 ,观察到Pr3 + 的3 P0 —3 H6跃迁的红色发射很强。 Rare earth doped ultra phosphates is a class of luminescent materials with excellent optical and structural properties. In this work,the growth of La 1-xPr xP 5O 14(LaPrPP)(0<x<1,at%) single crystals was investigated by hydrothermal method.The crystal data for the compounds: monoclinic with space group P2 1/c,D c=3.27g/cm 3 and decomposition temperature 915℃.The room temperature absorption,emission and IR spectra of the crystals have been measured and analysed.By using Judd-Ofelt theory,the experimental oscillator strength was calculated for Pr 3+ ion in the range from 22400cm -1 to 16380cm -1,obtaining some regular results.The red light emission observed from 3P 0 to 3?H 6 transition of Pr 3+ ion in the La 0.2Pr 0.8PP crystal is very strong.
