氯化锌钾单晶的直拉法生长

Growth of K_2ZnCl_4 Single Crystals by Czochralski Technique

摘要 利用差热分析和X射线粉末衍射研究了KCl ZnCl2 部分二元相图 ,采用丘克拉斯基技术生长出光学质量的氯化锌钾单晶 ,其结构为 β K2 SO4 型 (Pna2 1)。晶胞参数为a =1.2 40 5 1nm ,b=2 .6 780 6nm ,c =0 .72 5 5 4nm。 The phase diagram of KCl-ZnCl 2 binary compound was studied by TDA and X-ray powder diffraction.Optical quality K 2ZnCl 4 single crystal was grown by Czochralski technique.It has β-K 2SO 4 structure (Pna2 1) with lattice parameters:a=1.24051nm,b=2.67806nm,c=0.72554nm.
