摘要 在写入光分别为e光和o光时 ,实验测量了Ce :KNSBN晶体两波耦合响应时间与总写入光强、写入光强比和写入光夹角的关系 ,实验数据与理论拟合结果相吻合 ,并由晶体响应时间特性获得了晶体有效电光系数和有效光折变电荷密度参数。 While the writing beam was extraordinary polarization and ordinary polarization respectively,we experimentally studied the response time of two-wave coupling in Ce:KNSBN crystal with respect to the experimental parameters such as the total incident intensity,the intensity ratio of two writing beams,and the angle between two writing beams. The experimental data were in good agreement with the theoretical fitting curves. Meanwhile,two important coefficients of the Ce:KNSBN crystal,Rr eff and N eff,were obtained by fitting the variation of response time as a function of the angle between two writing beams.
