醋酸纤维素固定化脂肪酶催化猪油合成单甘酯

The Synthesis of Monoglycerides by Cellulose Acetate Fixed Porcine Pancreatic Lipase-Catelyzed Glycerolysis of Lard

以醋酸纤维素固定化猪胰脂肪酶催化猪油甘油解反应合成单甘酯。反应温度在猪油熔点附近(32℃),甘油与酶摩尔比为4∶1,甘油含水量为4%,反应在20h达到平衡。可获得单甘酯的最高产率,为50 05%。

Monoglycerides can be synthesized through porcine pancreatic lipase catalyzed which was immobilized on cellulose acetate of lard.The study shows that the maximal content of monoglycerides was given when the temperature was 32℃ and the content of monoglycerides was 5005%.
