应用数学模型对癌症患者非器质性的性康复状况进行预测

Predicting the status of non-organic sexual rehabilitation in cancer patients using a mathematical model

目的 建立判别函数 ,对癌症患者非器质性的性康复状况进行预测。方法 采用书面问卷调查的方法 ,对 19项指标进行单因素分析 ,寻找可能影响癌症患者性康复的因素 ,进一步进行判别分析 ,建立判别函数。结果 患者体力状态、病前经济收入及其占家庭总收入比例、社会地位、担心家人及子女、认为本病能控制或治愈、接受患病事实、病后过性生活、适度的性生活对身体康复的影响、获取有关知识的途径、焦虑及担心将癌症传给配偶等 12项指标可能与患者非器质性的性康复障碍有关。据此建立的判别函数阳性预测值、阴性预测值及判别准确率分别高达 96.2 %、10 0 .0 %和 97.4%。结论 根据可能影响患者性康复的因素所建立的判别函数判别准确性高 ,可能具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To establish a mathematical model to predict the status of non-organic sexual rehabilitation in cancer patients. MethodsA survey with questionnaire in written form was conducted in this study. Nineteen factors were tested using single factor analysis and discriminant analysis. ResultsSingle factor analysis and discriminant analysis showed that, such factors as performance status, the patient's income before illness, the ratio of the patient's income in the family's total earning before illness, the patient status of society, worry about the future of his family and children, belief of incurableness of the cancer, deny of the fact of having a cancer, attitude towards and potence of sex life after illness, acquisition of information related to the illness, anxiety and worry about the transmission of the illness to the spouse, were the most important factors influencing sexual rehabilitation of the cancer patient. Fisher's linear discriminant function was set up using these factors by discriminant analysis. According to this mathematical model, the positive predictive value, negative predictive value and predictive accuracy of the status of sexual rehabilitation were 96.2%, 100.0% and 97.4%, respectively. ConclusionThe mathematical model of discriminant function established by the factors mentioned above was simple and accurate, could predict the status of non-organic sexual rehabilitation of the cancer patients. It might have some value in clinical application.
