摘要
本文介绍用单片微计算机构成转桨式水轮机最优控制装置的工作原理和试验.装置由简单数字协联和最优调节两部分组成。简单数字协联按水轮机制造厂家提供的协联关系曲线进行粗调;最优调节按现场实时采集的运行参数自动寻优。本装置设有串联T/O接口,全厂有多台装置运行时,可通过I/O接口和上位计算机通信,构成分布式计算机控制系统。
The paper puts forward the working principle and test of a single- chipmicrocomputer-based optimizing controller for Kaplan turbines. The controller consists of a simple digital cam and an optimizing regulator. The simple digital cam performs coarse regulation. The optimizing regulator automatically seeks optimum according to the real-time operation parameters collected from the worksitc. The controller is provided with series I/O ports. When a lot of controllers are provided in a hydro-electric power station, the controllers may communicate with the central computer through the series I/O ports, thus forming a distributed computer control system.
