胃癌胃异常增生组织中CD44V_6表达及其意义 被引量:4

Expression of CD44V_6 and its significance in gastric epithelial dysplasia and gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的 探讨转移相关基因CD4 4V6与正常胃粘膜、胃异常增生组织及胃癌组织中某些生物学行为的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测正常胃粘膜 30例、胃异常增生粘膜组织 30例、胃癌原发灶 84例CD4 4V6的表达。结果 CD4 4V6在正常胃粘膜呈阴性表达 ;胃异常增生粘膜组织、胃癌组织呈阳性表达 ,其中异常增生 2 0 0 0 % ,胃癌中肠型胃癌 (71 4 3% )明显高于弥漫型胃癌 (37 14 % ) (P <0 0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移组(87 87% )明显高于无淋巴结转移 (38 77% ) (P <0 0 5 ) ;CD4 4V6阳性率与肿瘤大小无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ;不同胃癌病理分型中淋巴结CD4 4V6阳性率差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 CD4 4V6阳性表达同胃癌生物学行为密切相关 ,是预测侵袭与转移有价值的指标。 Objective To study the expression of CD44V 6 and its significance in normal gastric mucosa tissues,gastric epithelial dysplasia and gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect CD44V 6 in 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues,30 cases of epithelial dysplasia and 84 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma.Results CD44V 6 didn't express in normal gastric mucosa tissues.The positive expression rate of CD44V 6 in gastric epithelial dysplasia was 20.00%.CD44V 6 expression was found in 35 cases(71.43%) of intestine-type cancers while 13 cases(37.14%) in diffuse type cancers.The CD44V 6 expressed in 29 cases with lymph node involvement(87.87%) which was significantly higher than that without metastasis(38.77%).There was no association between CD44V 6 expression and tumor size.Conclusion CD44V 6 might be a valuable marker in assessing biological behavior,invasion and metastatic potential of gastric carcinoma.
