摘要
目的 介绍肋间神经痛的诊断与局部注射的治疗方法。方法 选择门诊确诊为肋间神经主干或外侧支神经痛的患者20余例,采用强的松龙混悬液加局部麻药的局部注射法治疗。结果 所有病人皆在注射后短时完全止痛,多数一周后痊愈,少数经2～3次注射后痊愈,个别病人失访。结论 对诊断正确的患者,采取强的龙局部注射法,可获得满意的疗效。
Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of the intercostals nerves neuralgia by method of local injection. Methods Over 20 cases of main trunk or lateral branch neuralgia of the intercostal nerves with certain diagnosis in out patient department were selected and treated dy local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetic. Results In all patients pain was stopped immediately after injection for a short time. Most of the patients recovered after one week. Less of them recovered afte two or three injections. A few of them were loss of follow up. Conclusion To the certain diagnosed intercostal neuralgic case,local injection of prednisolone is the method of choice. Best effect could be obtained.
