摘要
20世纪90年代是脑科学蓬勃发展的时期.1992年,Reynolds[1]等首先利用一种称为'Neurosphere'法的特殊培养技术,从成年鼠纹状体分离出神经干细胞,从而提出了神经干细胞的概念.
