骨髓基质细胞与凋亡
摘要
骨髓基质细胞、细胞间基质(ECM)、血管神经等构成了骨髓造血微环境.骨髓基质细胞由成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、脂肪细胞、巨噬细胞等多种成分组成,是造血干细胞生长、分化、和自我更新的重要场所[1].
