硝普钠治疗肾移植术后高血压危象33例报告

摘要
我科从1998年1月-2002年10月共做尸肾移植术225例,其中33例在肾移植术后当天出现了高血压危象,均在用普通降压效果不理想的情况下采用输液泵静脉滴注硝普钠治疗获得迅速疗效,现报告如下:
