丹龙醒脑片对血管性痴呆大鼠血液流变学影响的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究丹龙醒脑片 (DLXNP)对血管性痴呆 (VascularDementia,VD)模型大鼠血液流变学的改善作用。方法用双侧颈总动脉反复夹闭再灌注同时腹腔注射硝普钠方法建立VD大鼠模型 ,颈动脉取血进行血液流变学检查。结果模型组与正常组和假手术组相比 ,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原浓度升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。丹龙醒脑片大、中、小剂量组与模型组相比 ,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原浓度降低 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5 ) ;丹龙醒脑片大、中剂量组与尼莫地平组相比 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论丹龙醒脑片可能通过改善VD大鼠血液流变状态 ,从而改善大脑血液供应 ,这可能是丹龙醒脑片治疗VD的作用机制之一。 ?Objective To investigate the effects of DLXNP on the blood rheologic characteristics in rat model with vascular dementia. Methods Besides the normal group and the sham operation group, each of the rats was undergone ischemia and reperfusion for two times, combined with intraperitneal injection of sodium nitroprusside to establish the vascular dementia model. Blood rheologic characteristics were determined routinely. Results Compared with the rheologic characteristics of normal and sham operation groups, the modelling group's blood became densier and stickier(P<0.01)after cerebral ischemia reperfusion Compared with that of modelling group, the blood rheologic characteristics of middle dosed and high dosed DLXNP groups were significanfly improved(P<0.01~0.05).However, the therapeutic effects of the middle dosed and high dosed DLXNP were similar to that of the nimodipine(P>0.05). Conclusion DLXNP has the effects of improving blood rheologic characteristics and cerebral blood circulation, which may be one of the mechanisms of DLXNP to treat vascular dementia. 〔
