摘要
目的 评价甲状腺激素对骨代谢的影响。方法 应用放免法测定 31例甲亢患者血PINP、BGP、PTH、CT等骨代谢指标及骨密度 ,与 4 6例原发性骨质疏松症患者及 2 2例正常对照组进行比较。结果 甲亢组及原发性骨质疏松症血PINP、BGP、AKP均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,甲亢组上述指标较原发性骨质疏松症组升高更为明显 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ;相关分析显示FT3 、FT4与PINP、BGP呈正相关。结论 过高的甲状腺激素可能是甲亢骨质疏松症的直接原因 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of thyroid hormone on bone metabolism.Methods 77 patients were divided into two groups:31 with hyperthyroidism(group Ⅰ),46 with primary osteoporosis(group Ⅱ),and the control group was 22 healthy people(group Ⅲ).Forearm BMD as well as serum PINP were measured,and other serum markers such as BGP,PTH,CT,AKP,Ca 2+ ,P 3- were studied too.Results Significant increase in the levels of PINP,BGP,AKP in both group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were found compared with group Ⅲ(P<0.01),which increased further in group Ⅰ(P<0.05~0.01).Conclusion Excessive thyroid hormone in serum play a important role on hyperthyroidism osteoporosis.The rate of bone metabolism in hyperthyroidism patients is significantly higher than that of primary osteoporosis.
