摘要
目的 探讨颅脑损伤患者血粘度的改变及其意义。方法 测定 80例颅脑损伤患者全血粘度 ,与健康人对照 ,并与药物治疗后血粘度对比。结果 80例颅脑损伤病例全血粘度指标明显高于对照组 ,治疗后血粘度下降至正常。结论 颅脑损伤患者血粘度明显增高 ,且与病情严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the changes and its significance of blood viscosity in brain injuries.Methods Blood viscosity was measured in 80 patients with brain injuries,the results of which were compared with the viscosity of healthy volunteeres,as well as with that after drugs treatment.Results The viscosity parameters were remarkablely higher than that in control group,and recovered to normal levels after treatment.Conclusion The viscosity in patients with brain injuries were abviously high,which related with patients condition.Early treatment with drugs decreasing blood viscosithy can improve the blood viscosity,and contribute to recovery.
