摘要
目的 分析 6 0岁以上老年人血脂、血糖水平及其与心电图改变的关系。方法 采用标准化方法测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、血糖(BG)水平 ,与常规 12导联心电图比较分析。结果 90 6例体检者中 ,患高血压病者 14 1例 ,冠心病者 12 3例 ,糖尿病者 2 4例。TC增高 195例 (6 7 70 % ) ;TG增高 10 5例 (36 4 5 % ) ;HDL C减低 6 7例 (2 3 2 6 % ) ;LDL C增高 6 8例 (2 3 6 1% ) ;BG增高 6 6例 (2 2 91% )。心电图改变 2 70例 (93 75 % )。结论 老年人血脂、血糖增高率和心电图改变比例关系尤为密切 ,说明老年人糖脂代谢异常较敏感。
Objective To analysis the relationship between blood lipid and blood glucose levels with EKG changes in aged persons(≥60 years).Methods TC,TG,HDL C,LDL C,blood glucose(BG) and EKG were determined in 906 elderly persons.Results Of 906 aged persons,141 subjects had hypertension,123 subjects had coronary heart disease,24 patients had diabetes mellitus,other 618 persons who had no diseases mentioned above was used as aged control group,486 persons who were 45～59 years old was used as per elderly control group.The prevalence rates of TC increase,HDL C decrease,LDL C increase,BG increase and EKG abnormal in aged control group were 67.70%,36.45%,23.61%,22.91% and 93.75%,respectively in 288 diseased group,which were higher significantly than those in aged control group.The abnormal rate of those parameters in aged control group were significantly higher than those in per elderly control group.Conclusion The dyslipidaemia and hyperglycemia have closed relationship with EKG abnormal in aged persons;elderly people is easy to get glucose and lipid metabolic turbulence.
