尿酸氧化酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

Observation on large doses of urokinase in treatment of sudden deafness

目的 :观察尿酸氧化酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 :对 4 2例 (46耳 )采用尿酸氧化酶治疗 (尿酸氧化酶组 ) ,30万 U静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,3d后减为 2 0万 U,同时辅以 ATP、Co A、低分子右旋糖酐、复方丹参注射液、氢化可的松及维生素 B1 、维生素 B1 2 治疗的 36例 (37耳 ) (对照组 )作比较。结果 :尿酸氧化酶组有效率远高于对照组 (84 .78% ;6 7.5 6 % ) ,两组疗效有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :尿酸氧化酶治疗突发性耳聋疗效高且安全、可靠 。

Objective:To observe the effect of urokinase in treatment of patients with sudden deafness.Methods:From Feb.1997 to Oct.2001 42 cases(46 ears) of sudden deafness were treated with urodinase 300000 unit a day for three days,then decrease the dose to 200000 unit a day for seven days.At the same time also using ATP,CoA Rheomacrodex,Compound Dansheng Injection,Hydrocortisone and VitB 1 and VitB 12 .But for control group of 36 cases (37 ears) treated with only VitB12.ATP,CoA.Rheomacrodex,Compound Dansheng Injection,Hydrocortisone and VitB1?VitB12.Results:The effective rate of treatment with urokinase was 84.78%.The effective rate of the control group was 67.56%.There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion:Urokinase is safe and reliable in treating sudden deafness and has not be found any evident side effect.
