不同碳水化合物对早期断奶仔猪小肠组织结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选用四种不同的碳水化合物(乳清粉、乳糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖)添加饲喂21日龄早期断奶仔猪,应用组织学技术和Tiger细胞图像分析系统,观测其对小肠不同段落的绒毛和肠腺组织结构的变化。结果表明:添加不同碳水化合物对仔猪均重、均增重和平均日增重于断奶后1周的影响不大,至42日龄,试验组均大于对照组;乳清粉可增加小肠长度和重量,葡萄糖可增加小肠重量,表明其具有促进小肠生长的作用;试验组绒毛高度均大于对照组,尤以乳清粉和乳糖的作用明显;肠腺在断奶后第1周生长速度较快,以后速度减慢,添加乳清粉对空肠前、中、后段肠腺的生长均有促进作用,葡萄糖对十二指肠和空肠前段有促进作用;断奶后小肠绒毛顶端有不同程度的脱落现象,但绒毛的高度依然在增加,肠腺的生长有加速之势。
