家蚕基因库保存遗传系统白卵突变的杂交鉴定 被引量:4

CROSS IDENTIFICATION OF WHITE EGG MUTATION IN THE GENETIC SYSTAM KEPT IN THE SILKWORM GENE LIBRARY

摘要 用杂交分析的方法 ,采用各已知白卵基因的标志系统对家蚕基因资源库 2 1个未知基因的白色卵系统进行鉴定 ,结果 :①有 3个系统为母性遗传白卵 ,基因座位均与w - 1相同 ,其中 2个与w - 1遗传模式完全一致 ,但另 1个表现为混合型母性遗传 (F1似母 ,F2 普通遗传 ) ,可能为一新的卵色基因 ;②有 4个系统与w - 2杂交后代不分离 ,很可能直接由w - 2基因支配 ;③地方品种 19- 340为黑眼浅褐色白卵 ,普通遗传 ,与w - 3杂交后代无正常型黑色卵分离 ,初步推定为w - 3复等位基因群又一新成员 ;④有 13个系统与桃红眼白卵 (pe)系杂交后代不分离 ,且卵色纯一 ,初步推定它们均由pe基因支配。此外 ,部分白卵系统具有红色卵 (re)的re/re或re/ Using the marker system of known white egg genes, we identified 21 white egg systems of unknown genes by means of cross analysis. Three systems were found to belong to maternal inheritance white egg with loci similar to those of w -1. Two of the three showed identical inheritance pattern with that of w -1, and the third was probably a new color egg gene, characterized by compound maternal inheritance, i.e. the F 1s were similar to the maternal parent and the F 2s were of general inheritance. No segregation was observed in the cross progenies of 4 systems with w -2, and they are presumed to be controlled directly by w -2. The local silkworm breed 19-340, with black eye and beige white egg, showed a pattern of general inheritance and had no normal black egg separation in the crossing with w- 3. It is supposed to be a new member of w -3 multiple alleles. No segregation occurred in the cross progenies of 13 systems with pe series and their egg color was homogeneous. It is preliminarily presumed that it is controlled by pe gene. The genotypes of part of the white eye systems are re/re and re/+.
