摘要
应用薄层层析方法对奶芎、山川芎与川芎根茎的挥发油、阿魏酸、脂溶性成分进行了比较。实验结果表明 :奶芎、山川芎与川芎的上述 3种成分基本一致 。
Thin layer chromatography was performed to analyze the contents of volatile oils, ferulic acid and fat-soluble substances in the rhizomes of the Ligusticum species: Naixiong, Shan Chuanxiong and Chuanxiong ( L. wallichii) . The results showed that the composition of the substances studied was similar in all the 3 species except that slight differences were found to exist in the concentration of the substances and the stain profile among the species.
