摘要
为解决赞皇大枣组织培养快速繁殖问题 ,通过对启动培养、增殖培养、壮苗培养和生根培养 4个阶段培养条件的研究 ,筛选出该品种的最佳启动、增殖、壮苗和生根培养基 ,分别为 :MS+6-BA0 5mg L +IBA0 1mg L ;MS +6-BA1 5mg L +IBA0 1～0 2mg L ;MS +KT0 5mg L +NAA0 2mg L ;1 2MS+IBA0 6mg L +NAA0 2～ 0 3mg L。
Zanhuang jujube is a very precious and rare variety of Chinese jujube.Its development was restricted by the under\|developed propagate technique in history.The rapid propagation by tissue culture was studied and the optimum media were screened out.Through studying the condition of initial,proliferating, acclimatizing and rooting culture,4 media,MS+6\|BA 0\^5mg/L+IBA0\^1mg/L,MS+6\|BA 1\^5mg/L+IBA 0\^1～0 2mg/L,MS+KT 0 5mg/L+NAA 0 2mg/L and 1/2MS+IBA 0 6mg/L+NAA 0 2～0\^3mg/L were selected respectively.
