Discuss on Production and Cultivation of High Quality Rice in Jilin Province

本文通过对吉林省水稻优质米生产的现状及存在问题的分析,提出了建立水稻优质米生产基地,制定优质米生产技术规程,推广优质米品种与无公害栽培技术,利用生物农药或低毒、低残留农药防治病、虫、草害等先进的技术,以及政府在优质米生产上给予优惠政策,建立,健全优质米流通体系等建议。

In this article we point out, according to present condition of rice production and cultivation that high quality rice production should be establish high quality rice productive bases and use high quality varieties and no harmful cultivation and use the biological and low poison pesticide to control the diseases and insects, and give the favor policy and build a health market system.
