WTO农业框架协议的实质是要实行国际农产品贸易自由化,加入WTO对我国农业的影响集中体现在农产品的国际竞争力上。通过对我国主要农产品出口概况和农产品价格、质量、市场营销、生产效率等方面国际市场竞争能力的分析,特别是通过对加入WTO后我国农产品国际竞争力问题的分析,提出了在今后5年——我国加入WTO后最关键的适应期和调整期中,把机遇转化为现实利益,将不利影响减到最低程度,提高我国农产品国际竞争力的7项主要对策。
