摘要 WTO农业框架协议的实质是要实行国际农产品贸易自由化,加入WTO对我国农业的影响集中体现在农产品的国际竞争力上。通过对我国主要农产品出口概况和农产品价格、质量、市场营销、生产效率等方面国际市场竞争能力的分析,特别是通过对加入WTO后我国农产品国际竞争力问题的分析,提出了在今后5年——我国加入WTO后最关键的适应期和调整期中,把机遇转化为现实利益,将不利影响减到最低程度,提高我国农产品国际竞争力的7项主要对策。 The essential of agricultural agreement under WTO framework is carrying out the freedom trade of international agricultural produce, so the influence of entering into WTO on Chinese agriculture lies in the international competitiveness of agricultural produce. The export situation, price, quality, marketing and productive efficiency of agricultural produce were also analyzed, the influence of entering into WTO on international competitiveness of Chinese agricultural produce were also analyzed, and some countermeasures were put forward so as to transfer the chance into actual interest, minimize the disadvantages and increase the international competitiveness of agricultural produce in the next 5 years.
