摘要
在室内模拟的条件下 ,研究了一些生态因子对由螺旋藻、小球藻、硝化细菌和光合细菌组成的菌藻系统代谢有机碳、氨态氮的影响。试验结果显示 :4种微生物的最初数量比影响其代谢功能 ,当螺旋藻∶小球藻∶硝化细菌∶光合细菌比例为 1∶2 .11∶3.4 2∶4 .71时组成的混合微生物系统具有最高的氨态氮去除能力。在光照与黑暗两种环境条件下 ,混合菌藻系统代谢有机质、氨态氮的速率有一定的差异 ,光照环境利于氨态氮的去除而黑暗条件则利于有机质的降解。光照强度愈大 ,由于光合生物的生长速率愈快 ,也就愈有利于混合微生物系统对氨态氮的去除。组成的菌藻生态系统对有机碳、氨态氮的代谢能力还同系统中的有机负荷有关 ,较适宜的有机负荷是COD 10 0
Effects of ecological factors on metabolic rates of organic carbon,NH 3-N in an bacteria-algae system consists of Spirulina platensis, Chlorella Vulgans, nitrobacteria and Photosynthetic Bacteria were studied under simulated conditions. The results showed that the metabolic functions of the bacteria-alga system were affected by the ratios of the four microorganisms. When the ratio of the four germs was 1/2.11 /3.42/4.71 , the ability of removing ammonia was the highest, and those of organic carbon and NH 3-N were different in light and dark experiments. The conditions of light were more benefitial for the bacteria-alga system in removing ammonia, but the dark conditions were suitable to reducing organic carbon. The metabolic rate of this bacteria-alga system was relevant to the load of organic carbon, and the more suitable organic carbon load was 1000mg/L COD.
