三峡库区玉米地方资源的Giemsa C-带及其与生育期相关性研究

Studies on Giemsa C-band and Its Correlation with the Period of Duration of the Local Materials of Zea Mays L. in Three Gorge Dam Area

本文通过对三峡库区玉米地方资源的GiemsaC_带与生育期研究 ,发现玉米地方资源的GiemsaC_带存在着多态性 ,GiemsaC_带与生育期之间存在着相关 (相关系数从 0 4 4 7到 0 5 85 ) ,而且达到 0 0 1水平上的差异显著性。但是GiemsaC_带与生育期之间的决定系数却较小 (从 0 2 2到 0 34) 。
