本文报道了从国外引进的多年生禾本科牧草鸭茅、粗穗冰草和 草的染色体数目、形态和核型,鸭茅和粗穗冰草的染色体数目28,基数是7,是四倍体; 草染色体数目14,基数是7,是二倍体。

Karyotype of perennial gramineae species Orchard grass (Dactylis glomerata),western wheat-grass(Agropyron dasystachyum) and June grass (Koeleria cristata),introduced from overseas,have been investigated.The chromosome number and basic chromosome number of Orchard grass and Western wheat-grass were all 28,x=7,they were tetraploids.Chromosome number and basic chromosome number of June-grass was 14,x=7,it was a diploid.
