摘要 目的 研究碘氟联合作用对小鼠肝肾抗氧化能力的影响。方法 让小鼠饮用加氟、加碘的溶液 10周后 ,采用生化方法测定其肾脏和肝脏组织、超氧化物岐化酶 ( SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物终产物丙二醛 ( MDA)含量的变化。结果 高氟 ,高碘或低碘与高氟联用均可使小鼠肾脏内 SOD活性显著下降 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,肝脏内的SOD活性也有下降的趋势 ,MDA含量则均无显著变化 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,适当浓度的碘与高氟联用 ,则可拮抗氟的这种作用。结论 适当浓度的碘对氟致小鼠的肝肾抗氧化能力的损伤可能有改善作用。 Objective To study the combined effect of Iodine(I) and Fluoride(F) on the capacity of anti-oxidation of livers and kidneys in mice.Methods Biochemical method was used to determine the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the contents of MDA in livers and kidneys after F with or without I in deionized water were administered to male mice for 10 weeks.Results High F combined low I,or high I and high F could significantly reduce the activities of SOD in kidneys (P<0.05),and the activities of SOD of livers presented a reduction trend too,but the contents of MDA in livers and kidneys had no significant change(P>0.05).Combined administration of proper concentration of I and high F to mice could decrease this kind of effect of F.Conclusions It was found that proper concentration of I may have ameliorative effects on damages to the capacity of anti-oxidation of livers and kidneys in mice by high F.
