摘要
目的 了解重庆市实施食盐加碘新标准后的加碘盐质量 ,为制定碘缺乏病防制策略提供科学依据。方法 对生产、销售的碘盐和居民食用盐进行抽样调查。结果 检查生产和销售碘盐各 14批 ,生产环节批质量不合格 1批 ,其余均为合格批次 ,平均含碘量 ( x )显著高于和低于国家加碘标准 35 mg/ kg的批次 ,生产占 6 4.2 9%( 9/ 14) ,销售占 5 7.14% ( 8/ 14) ;调查居民 5 6 7户 ,碘盐覆盖率为 97.2 % ,合格率 89.8% ,合格碘盐食用率为87.3%。结论 碘盐生产未严格按照国家标准进行加碘 ,影响了居民碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率达标。
Objective In order to know the quality of iodized salt after actuating the new criterion,and to provide the scientific evidences for the strategy of iodine deficiency disorder (IDD) prevention and cure.Methods Iodized salt of producing and selling and resident was investigaed by sample.Results Of iodized salt of producing and selling of 14,only 1 of producing was unqualified. The average of iodine was over or under 35 mg/kg of the national iodized criterion:the producing was 64.29%(9/14), the selling was 57.14%(8/14). The overlaying rate of iodized salt of 567 resident was 97.2%, and the certified rate was 89.8%, the edible rate of certified iodized salt was 87.3%.Conclusions The iodine provided the new criterion of producing effect the criterion of the resident certified rate of iodized salt and edible rate of certified iodized salt.
