自贡市碘缺乏病防治效果调查分析

Analysis of results of prevention and control for iodine deficiency disorders in Zigong

目的 了解自贡市通过实施全民食盐加碘等综合防治措施后人群碘营养状况。方法 按不同方位在市所辖的 4区 2县随机抽取 30个调查点进行儿童甲肿率、尿碘、不同层次碘盐、不同人群健教等指标的现状调查。结果 触诊法检查 8～ 10岁儿童甲肿率由防治前 2 7.0 2 %下降到 14.85 %。儿童尿碘水平由防治前 6 2 .46μg/L上升到 10 8.2 7μg/L。生产、批发仓库碘盐合格率为 92 .0 0 %、90 .40 % ,零售点和居民盐碘合格率为 5 6 .6 7%和 5 7.16 %。健教问卷小学生知识及格率为 80 .13% ,家庭主妇及格率 80 .6 5 %。结论 自贡市碘缺乏病防治取得了明显成效 ,人群碘缺乏状况已得到纠正。

Objective To know the iodine deficiency disorders status after active salt iodized and taking orally iodized oil capsule programs in Zigong.Methods Thirty sites were randomly selected in 4 districts and 2 counties of the city,in which the total goiter rate,salt iodine content and urinary iodine content were studied.Results It showed that the total goiter rate by palpation was 14.85%,median urinary iodine was 108.27 μg/L in children and the proportion of the effectively iodized salt was 92.0%,90.4%,56.67%,and 57.16% at the factory site,wholesale site, retail sale, and the household level respectively; The pass rate of the health education questionnaire investigation was separately 80.13% and 80.65% at the pupils and housewives.Conclusions It is very obvious for the effective of controlling iodine deficiency disorders, and the population iodine deficiency has corrected for in Zigong city.
