贵德县大骨节病病区10年监测结果分析

Surveillance and analysis of Kashin-Beck diseases in Guide county during ten years (1992-2001)

目的 掌握大骨节病病情消长趋势 ,了解病情变化及动态规律。方法 按全国大骨节病监测方案的要求 ,对贵德病区 7～ 12岁儿童进行流行病学、临床检查及 X线右手拍片。结果 10年临床患病率 0～ 7.46 % ,X线检出率在 11.6 7%～ 34.43%之间 ,表明病情缓慢下降 ,且有一定程度的波动。结论 通过 10年防治 ,贵德县大骨节病区病情减轻。

Objective To study up-and-down tendency of Kashin-Beck diseases (KBD),to understand prevalent state and changing regularity of this disease.Methods According to KBD monitory standard of goverment.The epidemiologic investigation, clinical examination,and X-ray diagnosis were made among 7~12 years old children in Guide.Results Following ten years monitor, the incidence rate of clinical examination was 0~14.18%. and the X-ray detectable rate was 11.67%~34.43%,which suggested that the KBD reduced slowly in Guide region. But it also vibrated in some degree.Conclusions After ten years controlling, The KBD were reduced obviously in Guide region.
