人可溶性4-1BB蛋白分子表达载体的构建

摘要
4-1BB分子是近年来发现的一种共刺激分子,属肿瘤坏死因子受体/神经生长因子受体(TNFR/NGFR)超家属成员,表达于活化的T淋巴细胞表面,以CD8+T细胞为主.
