摘要
目的:探讨Rh(-)献血者RhD基因分型的临床意义。方法:采用PCR-SSP技术检测郑州市128例Rh(-)献血者的RhD基因结构,用氯仿/三氯甲烷法放散检测Du型。结果:RhD基因多态性存在3种基本形式,其中外显子完整存在32例(25.00%),全部为Du型;完全缺失85例(66.41%);部分缺失11例(8.59%),其中2例为Du型。结论:RhD基因的丰富多态性对于确保输血安全具有指导意义。
Aim: To study the clinical significance of RhD gene typing in Rh negative blood donors. Methods: Gene structure of RhD was studied by PCR-SSP Technology in 128 cases of Rh negative blood donors from Zhengzhou region. Results:Out of 128 RhD negative blood donors, 85 (66.41% )cases were RhD gene complete deletion, 11 (8.59% ) cases were partial deletion,among which 2 were Du type, and 32(25.00% ) cases carried the intact RhD gene,which were all Du type. Conclusion : Polymorphism of RhD gene has clinical significance for safety transfusion.
