氯胺酮联合安定在大鼠麻醉中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探索适用于大鼠动物模型的安全有效的麻醉方法。方法:建立5/6肾切除大鼠模型,分别应用戊巴比妥钠、硫喷妥钠、氯胺酮及氯胺酮联合安定等方法进行手术麻醉,比较4种麻醉方法对大鼠生理状况的影响及麻醉效果。结果:氯胺酮联合安定组麻醉起效时间及持续时间较戊巴比妥钠组短,且不抑制呼吸系统,不增加呼吸道粘液分泌,镇痛效果优于硫喷妥钠组,肌肉松弛完全。结论:氯胺酮联合安定使用方便,安全有效,是应用于建立大鼠动物模型的一种值得推广的麻醉方法。 Aim: To research a safe and effective anesthetic method for rat models. Methods: Pentobarbital sodium, sodium pentothal, mecloqualone, and mecloqualone and diazepam were used respectively during establishing 5/6 nephrec-tomized rats model. The physiological conditions and anesthetic effects among the 4 groups were analyzed. Results: Mecloqualone and diazepam group underwent shorter time from giving drug to getting anesthesic effects and shorter anethetic phase, besides it did not inhibit respiration system and increase respiration tract secretion, and the analgesic effect was better than sodium pentothal group, and muscle relaxing was entire. Conclusion; Anesthesia using mecloqualone and diazepam is safe, effective and convenient, and worth popularizing in animal experiments.
