摘要
目的:探讨睾酮(T)和生长激素(GH)含量在青春期的变化规律及其对青春期体格发育和骨龄发育的作用。方法:选取身体健康、年龄在11~15岁的初中学生172名,按常规进行体格测量,用百分记分法评定骨龄,采用放免法测定其血清T和GH,分别分析T和GH水平与体格发育之间的相关性。结果:男生血清T浓度与骨龄及身体形态各指标间均成正相关关系,相关系数0.37-0.66(P<0.01);而男女生GH含量与骨龄和身体形态指标的相关关系均不密切,相关系数-0.19-0.23。结论:男、女生血清GH水平在青春期对正常生长发育是必需的,但可能不一定是导致青春期生长突增的主要激素;T在男生青春期生长突增中所起的作用可能大于GH。
Aim: To investigate the changes of concentration of testosterone(T) and growth hormone( GH) in serum during adolescent period and the effect of the changes on adolescent physical development and skeletal age ( SA) . Methods : A total of 172 participants who were healthy middle school students aged 11-15 years were chosen. The concentrations of T and GH were determined by radioimmunoassay. SA were evaluated by score method,and routine physique measurements were performed. The relationship between T concentration and physique and the relationship between GH concentration and physique were analyzed respectively. Results: The serum T concentration was positively related to the stature (r=0.61 ,P<0.01) , the sitting height( r =0. 66,P <0. 01 ) , the weight( r = 0. 33 ,P <0. 01) , the shoulder breadth (r = 0.47, P<0.01) ,and the pelvic breadth(r = 0. 37 ,P <0. 01) in male students. However, GH was not correlated with the above indexes of physique development in both males and females. SA in males increased with the T concentrations increasing. The GH concentration did not changed remarkably during this period. Conclusion :GH concentration at a certain level is essential to normal growth and development, but it may not be the main hormone which leads growth-spurt in adolescent period. The effects of T on growth-spurt is greater than GH, especially for male students.
