试论城市开发区社区场域的开放性

On the Open Degree of the Urban Development Areas as Communities in China

本文从社会角度出发,分析探讨了开发区社区场域的开放性。本文认为,开发区自主权的扩大、市场经济的扩张、阶级结构的中产阶级化及政府的改革,为增进开发区社区场域的开放性提供了现实基础;为了推进开发区社区场域的开放性,政府必须作三个方面的改革,即革除弊政和法治化、营造创新环境及发展非营利性服务业。

From the perspective of sociology,this paper analyzes the open degree of the urban development areas as communities in China.The author argues that the autonomous power of the urban development areas,market economy,middle class and government reform lay the foundation of enhancing the open degree of community areas.In order to push forward the open degree of community areas,government should take some measures,which include abolishing corrupt practice,reinforcing the ruling by law,constructing innovative environment,developing the non-profit service industry.
