直接融资与间接融资的结合构成了一国的融资结构。本文在对融资方式、融资结构及其演变进行阐述的基础上,实证分析了不同的融资方式与中国经济增长的不同绩效,并以此为基础,提出几点政策建议。

The combination of direct and indirect financing constitutes the financing structure of a country.On the basis of expounding financing ways,financing structure and its change,this paper analyses the effect of different financing ways on Chinese economic development.Then several policy suggestions are made.
